History Wall Installation

This permanent installation spanning the second floor of College Station's city hall is a detailed timeline of the city's evolution from pre-incorporation to the 85th anniversary of its incorporation. The design features artifacts, photographs, and critical pieces of history compiled in collaboration with the Historical Preservation Committee and the City Manager's Office.

To ensure that the final product would feel dynamic, I added three-dimensional elements in mixed medias along the length of the wall. From a train track timeline to visually represent our iconinc name, to recreations of former city logos and signatures of officials running the length of the wall, it is truly packed with details and elements for city hall visitors to appreciate!
